What We Believe

Who God is. We believe that God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are all part of the Trinity, three persons but one God.

What the Bible is. We believe that the Bible is the true and inspired Word of God, written by men that were inspired by the Holy Spirit. The Bible shows us God's plan of salvation for us in and through Jesus.

Who Jesus is. Jesus is God's Son, true God and true man, sent by God the Father to save the world by living a perfect life, dying on a cross, resurrecting, and ascending so that everyone who believes in Him as Savior has eternal life.

Who we are. God created man perfect but because of Adam & Eve's disobedience every person is born with sin.  Our fallen human nature is sinful and against God which is why Jesus came to save mankind.

What Salvation is. God loves us so much that He sent Jesus to save us from sin, death, and the devil.  The Holy Spirit creates faith in our hearts and we are saved by that faith in Jesus as our Savior.

What Communion is. In communion Jesus gives us His true Body and Blood, for the forgiveness of our sins and the strengthening of our faith.

What Baptism is. God does all the work in Baptism.  He forgives our sins, makes us His child, and gives us the Holy Spirit.  Baptism connects us to Jesus' death and resurrection and we are welcomed into the Family of God. (Baptismal form Here)
