Children in Worship

dfaaf168-36ee-4978-9912-10fcc26a2726@2xImmanuel loves little ones in worship, but we know that comes with all types of challenges!

To help parents, each weekend service includes children's bulletins, special messages, and more. For children just learning about what it means to worship, our 9:15 service is designed for them with a simplified format and teaching focus.

We also offer a fully-staffed nursery (9:15 and 11am service) and Quiet Room with live-streaming from the service.

Immanuel has an amazing team of volunteers running Children’s Ministry. While all major teaching positions are filled, we’re always looking for people to just “hang out” with the kids on Sunday mornings on a weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed (substitute) basis. To find out more about helping out, email Sarah Kortze (skortze@immanuelbelvidere.org).
